Toni Mantle
Client Service Officer
I love knowing that the work I do helps make a positive difference in people’s lives. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing clients realise they may be in a stronger financial position than they thought, with the opportunity to retire earlier, spend more time with family or enjoy trips they never imagined they could afford.
I particularly enjoy the moments when clients come to us feeling worried or overwhelmed and leave feeling relieved and confident about their future. One memorable example was a client who believed retirement was still a long way off. After talking through their circumstances with their adviser, they discovered they were in a much better position than they had expected. Seeing the weight lift from their shoulders and hearing them excitedly talk about spending more time with family and travelling was a wonderful reminder of why I love what I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, going to the gym, camping and heading to the beach. As a mum of three, I spend plenty of time running the kids around the countryside for their sporting activities and cheering them on from the sidelines. I’m also involved in the local sporting community, regularly attending committee meetings or helping out in the canteen on game day.
In the hot seat with Toni
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be? Why?
My late husband. I would love to catch him up on all the kids’ achievements and share everything they’ve been up to.

The one book you recommend everyone needs to read?
She’s on the Money by Victoria Devine. It’s down-to-earth, easy to understand and full of practical money tips that anyone can use.
If you could live in any city in the world for a year, where would it be and why?
Anywhere by the beach with plenty of sunshine. Life has taught me not to take things for granted, and as long as I’m surrounded by family and friends, I’m happy.
