My favourite quote is: "My mind is like my web browser. 19 tabs open, 3 are frozen, and I have no idea where the music is coming from." That's a fairly accurate description of how I operate.
I'm the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes. What I enjoy about this role is the mix of people and problem solving. Working alongside both the team and our clients, figuring out what's needed, and getting it sorted.
We do a lot of insurance claim work, and that's where you really see what this role means. It's not just paperwork. It's checking in on how someone is going through treatment, keeping them informed every step of the way, and pushing it through to completion. When the payout comes through, the relief is mutual.
I design and sew my own clothes, and I love getting stuck into landscaping projects. In a past life I was into water skiing, diving, fishing, golf and tennis. Anything adventurous and active, really.

Michelle Obama, as I admire her intelligence, advocacy, grace and depth of character. I’d love to have a conversation with her about her experiences throughout her life, her work as an advocate and her insights on making a positive impact on the world.

Milan, as a stunning base to enable regular travel through Tuscany, Northern Italy and Switzerland and beyond, whilst immersing in the Northern Italian culture.
