Client Service Officer

where I enjoy helping clients navigate their financial journey and ensuring they receive a smooth and positive experience along the way.

With a background in business administration and international business, including an MBA in General Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Business, I bring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to my role. I enjoy building strong relationships, resolving queries and working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is knowing that the support I provide can make a real difference to clients. Whether it’s obtaining urgent documents to keep the financial advice process moving or contacting providers to resolve portal access issues, I enjoy finding solutions that reduce stress, save time and help clients get the support they need. It’s often the little things that make the biggest difference.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family and friends, playing with my dog and kitten, and spending time in the kitchen with my mum, chatting, sharing laughs and trying new recipes together. I’m also a true foodie who loves exploring different cuisines and discovering new flavours whenever I get the chance.

In the hot seat with Nithujah

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be? Why?

I would choose my school-day best friends, who are currently living in Canada. I miss the simple moments we shared, the endless conversations and all the laughter. It would be wonderful to sit together again, catch up on our lives, reminisce about our school days and create new memories over a lovely meal.

What's your favourite quote?

“Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” – Vincent van Gogh

The one book you recommend everyone needs to read?

Atomic Habits by James Clear. I recommend it because it highlights how small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful personal and professional growth. It’s a great reminder that progress comes from the habits we practise every day.

If you could live in any city in the world for a year, where would it be and why?

I’d love to spend a year in London because there’s always something new to discover. From exploring cosy cafés and trying different cuisines to wandering through beautiful streets and meeting people from all walks of life, I’d love to soak up the city’s energy, make special memories and experience a little adventure every day.
