My family migrated to Australia when I was young. Fourteen years in and I'm still studying, currently working through a Bachelor of Financial Planning at UniSA while working as a Client Service Officer here at Synergy.
The part of this work I enjoy most is getting things done for people. Processing claims quickly, sorting paperwork, making sure nothing drags on longer than it needs to. We had a client get her Age Pension sorted and book a holiday the same week. That's the stuff that makes the days go fast.
When I'm not working or studying, I spend time with my family, get out for nature walks, and follow the racing.
