For me, financial advice isn't about charts or markets. It's about clarity, confidence, and making life feel lighter.
A lot of people I first meet are stressed and uncertain. Too many moving pieces, not enough breathing room. We get our heads across their entire situation, restructure what needs to be restructured, and show them what the future actually looks like.
I've heard so many times, "I finally feel like we are going to be okay." They're relaxed, organised, and actually excited about what's ahead.
Outside of work, it's sport, family, and anything that gets us outdoors. I coach my two boys' junior football and cricket teams, which means most weekends are spent at sporting fields across Adelaide. Anyone who volunteers with junior sport knows the time it takes, but you see the impact it has on the kids and that makes the midweek training, the group chats, and the early weekend mornings worth it.
With all the running around after the kids that we do, I really appreciate those rare quiet moments when the house is actually peaceful.

If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be? Why?
Shane Warne, not for the cricket (although that’d be a bonus), but because he lived big, took risks, backed himself, and had incredible stories. Dinner with him would be entertaining, honest, and unpredictable.
What's your favourite quote?
“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career… I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” Michael Jordan
The one book you recommend everyone needs to read?
The Psychology of Money — Morgan Housel. It’s not about investing; it’s about human behaviour and why we make the decisions we do.
What’s your go to karaoke song?
Mr. Brightside - The Killers.
If you could live in any city in the world for a year, where would it be and why?
Nice, France. It blends everything I love, lifestyle, food, scenery, and that relaxed Mediterranean vibe. Plus, with my French background, it feels like reconnecting with part of my own story.
